  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tbsp plant-based butter (melted)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Cut cauliflower into uniform bite-sized florets.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until you have a thick batter.
