  • 2 celery ribs, diced
  • 23 green onions, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese (omit for dairy-free or Whole30)
  • ½ cup lightly salted roasted almonds, roughly chopped (may substitute walnuts, pecans, or sunflower seeds for nut-free)
  • ¾ cup mayo (use egg-free mayo for vegan)
  • ¼ cup olive oil or avocado oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey (use maple syrup for vegan)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon fine salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
