- 4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 8 strips chopped turkey bacon
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
- 1/3 cup diced green onions
- 2/3 pint halved grape tomatoes
- 1 diced avocado
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and Greek yogurt until smooth. Stir in ranch seasoning and cracked pepper.
- Add shredded chicken, chopped turkey bacon, and diced green onions; mix well. Gently fold in halved grape tomatoes.
- Taste and adjust seasonings if needed. Just before serving, fold in the diced avocado.
