  • 8 strips chopped turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
  • 1/3 cup diced green onions
  • 2/3 pint halved grape tomatoes
  • 1 diced avocado

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and Greek yogurt until smooth. Stir in ranch seasoning and cracked pepper.
  2. Add shredded chicken, chopped turkey bacon, and diced green onions; mix well. Gently fold in halved grape tomatoes.
  3. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed. Just before serving, fold in the diced avocado.
  4. Transfer to an airtight container and chill in the fridge for at least one hour to meld flavors.
