  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 4 cups green lettuce (chopped)
  • ½ cup grape tomatoes (sliced)
  • ¼ cup dill pickle (chopped)
  • ¼ cup red onion (diced or sliced)
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • ½ cup burger sauce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup sweet relish
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar (or lemon juice)
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and no longer pink. Season with salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Drain excess grease.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, and cheddar cheese until melted.
  3. To assemble, layer chopped lettuce at the bottom of each bowl followed by the beef mixture. Top with tomatoes, pickles, red onion, avocado slices, and additional cheese.
  4. Drizzle with homemade burger sauce before serving.
