  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente (about 9-10 minutes). Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
  2. Pat the steak tips dry and season with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Sear steak tips for about 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet.
  4. Lower heat and sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for about 30 seconds.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and whole milk; add cream cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Mix in Parmesan and mozzarella until fully combined and thickened. Adjust seasoning.
  7. Combine cooked linguine with the sauce; toss gently to coat evenly.
  8. Serve topped with seared steak tips and garnish with chopped parsley.
