  • 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. Blend together the sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, whole milk, eggs, flour, sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and baking powder until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and place it in a larger baking dish filled with water (for a water bath).
  4. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  5. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to chill for at least two hours.
  6. Garnish with shredded coconut before serving.
