  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (or chickpea flour for gluten-free)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond or soy milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wings sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, almond milk, water, garlic powder, and paprika until smooth.
  3. Dip each floret in the batter and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Mix buffalo sauce with olive oil in another bowl. Toss baked wings in the sauce.
  6. Return wings to the oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
  7. For dipping sauce, combine vegan mayonnaise with dill and parsley.
