  • 16 ladyfingers
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese, softened

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

  3. In a large bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. In another bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  6. Dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee briefly and layer in a rectangular dish.
  7. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over ladyfingers followed by half of the cherries.
