  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 34 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free tahini Caesar dressing
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed with a fork (optional)
  • 23 large wraps

Instructions

  1. Rinse and drain the chickpeas; pat them dry. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and chickpeas along with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Cook for about 5 minutes until crispy.
  2. In a bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce with tahini dressing until well coated. Add in optional toppings like mashed avocado if desired.
  3. On a clean surface, lay out the wrap. Spread some mashed avocado at the bottom, top with seasoned chickpeas and salad mixture. Roll tightly from the bottom and serve.
