  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup red bell pepper
  • 1 cup green bell pepper
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • ½ cup chicken stock
  • 2 cups cooked white rice

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken strips in soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil for 10 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, red chili flakes, and chicken stock.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat; cook marinated chicken until golden brown. Set aside.
  4. Stir-fry minced garlic and vegetables for about 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Return chicken to the wok along with the sauce; stir until heated through.
