  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tablespoons milk (adjust for consistency)
  • ½ cup crushed chocolate cookies (for topping)
  • Extra mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and yeast; let sit until foamy.
  2. Stir in sugar, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Gradually mix in flour and salt until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead dough until smooth; add blue gel food coloring while kneading.
  4. Let dough rise in a greased bowl until doubled in size.
  5. Prepare filling by mixing softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, crushed cookies, and mini chocolate chips.
  6. Roll out the dough, spread the filling evenly, then roll tightly into logs and cut into rolls.
  7. Let rolls rise again before baking at 350°F (175°C) for about 20–25 minutes.
