  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish or individual ramekins.
  3. In a mixing bowl, gently combine lump crab meat with mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, red bell pepper, salt, and pepper.
  4. If desired, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the crab mixture.
