  • 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped (or another substitute)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add cubed chicken breast and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).
  2. Add chopped turkey bacon to the skillet and cook until crispy (about 3-4 minutes). Remove excess fat if needed.
