  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 8-ounce packages of cream cheese
  • 2 10-ounce cans of Rotel
  • 1 tablespoon adobo seasoning or taco seasoning
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • Optional: fresh cilantro and shredded cheese for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with half of the adobo or taco seasoning. Drain excess grease.
  2. In your slow cooker, combine cream cheese, Rotel, and remaining seasoning.
  3. Add the browned beef to the slow cooker and mix well.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and stir to combine.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours until heated through.
  6. Before serving, add cilantro if desired and garnish with shredded cheese.
