  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 7 tablespoons salted butter
  • 1 cup warm water or milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, at room temperature

Instructions

  1. In a stand mixer bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt. Add warm water/milk and honey; knead until smooth.
  2. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
