  • 2 tbsp shredded zucchini
  • 2 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic, basil, zucchini, mozzarella cheese, pesto, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  2. Shape the mixture into walnut-sized meatballs.
  3. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and add a small amount of oil. Place the meatballs in the pan and cover with a lid.
  4. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side before flipping to brown evenly. Optionally cook the sides until golden.
