  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 (15oz) can pure pumpkin puree or 2 cups homemade pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the crust by rolling out and placing it in a pie dish, pricking the bottom with a fork.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, then add sugars and mix well.
  4. Stir in the pumpkin puree, followed by heavy cream and vanilla. Add spices and blend until smooth.
