  • 4 slices country bread
  • 150 g raclette cheese
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Fresh basil leaves (to taste)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a non-stick frying pan until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Slice the tomato, onion, and chop the garlic.
  4. Butter one side of each slice of bread. On the unbuttered side, layer raclette cheese, turkey bacon, tomato slices, onion rings, and garlic.
  5. Top with another slice of bread, buttered side facing up.
  6. Place sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
