Ingredients
Scale
2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup heavy cream
2 packs ramen noodles (fresh or dried)
1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
1 teaspoon chili oil (optional, for extra heat)
1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
In a bowl, mix chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken evenly and let it sit for 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil and sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Once done, let it rest before slicing.
In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, stir well, and let it thicken slightly before setting aside.
Bring water to boil in a pot. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Once done, drain them and set aside.
In another pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until aromatic. Then add chicken broth, soy sauce, and heavy cream. Allow to simmer for about 5-7 minutes.
Divide cooked noodles into bowls. Pour spicy broth over each serving of noodles. Top with sliced chicken pieces and drizzle with creamy garlic sauce.
Sprinkle chopped green onions on top and add a drizzle of chili oil if you like extra heat. Serve hot and enjoy your delightful Fiery Chicken Ramen with Creamy Garlic Sauce!
