  • 1/2 Tbsp (8g) Chili Oil
  • 1/2 C (96g) Swerve Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 C (60g) Buffalo Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp (30g) Cider or Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add chili oil.
  2. Cook the ground chicken, browning both sides for 3-4 minutes each until fully cooked.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Swerve brown sugar, buffalo sauce, cider vinegar, ground ginger, garlic powder, kosher salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken in the skillet and cook until thickened.
  5. Serve hot over rice or cauliflower rice, garnished with sliced scallions and sesame seeds.
