  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 (10 oz) can Rotel tomatoes with chilies, undrained
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish
