  • Fresh broccoli
  • Heavy cream
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic cloves

  1. Boil the Tortellini: Cook cheese tortellini in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Steam the Broccoli: Steam broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes until bright green. Plunge into ice water to stop cooking, then drain.
  3. Sear the Chicken: Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then sear chicken until golden brown (6-8 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  4. Prepare the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in heavy cream until smooth.
