  • 1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Tenderloins
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Reduced Fat Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/41/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper (to taste)
  • 8.5 oz Barilla Ready Pasta Rotini
  • 15 oz can Tomato Sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by mixing garlic pepper, parmesan cheese, and crushed red pepper in a resealable bag or container.
  2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and add to the marinade; shake or stir until fully coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and spray with cooking spray. Cook the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes until no pink remains.
  4. While the chicken cooks, microwave the pasta according to package instructions and mix with tomato sauce, garlic pepper, sweetener, and crushed red pepper.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta and sauce mixture with the chicken in the skillet; simmer for a few minutes until heated through.
  6. Serve warm, optionally topped with shredded mozzarella.
