Garlic Sesame Noodles are a delicious, quick, and versatile dish that you can whip up in just 15 minutes. Perfect for busy weeknights or meal prep, these gluten-free noodles are bursting with flavor from fresh garlic and toasted sesame oil.

  • 12 ounces brown rice noodles
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1/41/3 cup low sodium soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 tablespoons veggie broth
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Cook the brown rice noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Finely mince the garlic.
  3. In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until golden.
  4. Whisk together soy sauce, veggie broth, rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, honey (or maple syrup), tahini, sriracha, and ground ginger in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  5. Pour the sauce into the frying pan with sautéed garlic and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Drain the cooked noodles and add them to the frying pan; toss until well combined.
  7. Serve warm or chilled and garnish as desired.
