  • 1 x 200g pack chocolate chunk cookies
  • 9 vegan marshmallows (regular size)
  • Black writing icing

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by cleaning and organizing it.
  2. Lay out the chocolate chunk cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Place one vegan marshmallow on top of each cookie.
  4. Slightly soften the marshmallows in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds until gooey but not melted.
  5. Press down gently to adhere the marshmallow to the cookie.
  6. Allow cookies to cool slightly before decorating with black writing icing to create ghost faces.
  7. Let them set at room temperature until the icing hardens.
