  • 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons gluten free all-purpose baking flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Melt 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl for about 30-45 seconds, stirring until smooth.
  3. In another mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, milk, and oil until combined. Stir in the melted chocolate.
