  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 4 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • 1/2 red onion (sliced)
  • 2 large pickles (sliced)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned (5–7 minutes), stirring occasionally.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together sour cream, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, maple syrup, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Assemble bowls by layering chopped romaine lettuce followed by the cooked ground beef.
  4. Top each bowl with avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, red onion rings, and pickles.
  5. Drizzle generously with the prepared sauce and season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
