  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced tomato
  • 1/8 cup green onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a pizza pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, then spread evenly on the parchment in a circular shape. Bake for about 5 minutes until bubbly.
  3. Once baked, add cooked chicken on one half of the cheese shell, followed by bell pepper, tomato, and green onion. Fold the other half over the filling and press down gently.
