  • 1 tbsp lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9×5 loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, sweetener, baking powder, salt, yogurt (or coconut cream), lemon juice, eggs (or flax eggs), and lemon zest. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for approximately 50 minutes. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean.
  4. Allow the bread to cool completely in the pan before removing it.
