  • tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot. Cook linguine until al dente, drain, and set aside.
