  • 5 dates
  • 1.5 cups full-fat coconut cream
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Earl Grey tea
  • 2 tsp agar-agar

  4. Cook until thickened, then strain through a sieve to remove fruit bits.
