  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can mild green chiles
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup white American cheese
