  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar (plus extra for topping)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
