  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until the onion is translucent.
  2. Stir in diced carrots and celery; cook for 5 minutes until softened.
