  • 100g coconut milk (only the fat)
  • 40g frozen raspberries
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine shredded coconut, salt, coconut milk fat, coconut oil, agave syrup, vanilla extract, and frozen raspberries. Heat over medium while stirring until melted and mixed.
  2. For bars: Spread the mixture evenly in a parchment-lined lunchbox. For balls: Shape into small balls using your hands or silicone molds.
  3. Freeze for about 2 hours until firm.
  4. Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth. Dip each bar or ball into melted chocolate until coated.
  5. Chill in the fridge for about an hour until set.
