  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 cloves whole garlic, peeled

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Season the lamb shoulder generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
