  • 1/4 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups vegan marshmallow crème
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped salted peanuts
  • 14 oz caramel cubes
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the First Layer: Melt together milk chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter until smooth. Spread into a greased 9×13 pan and chill until set.
  2. Create the Second Layer: In a saucepan, melt butter; add sugar and evaporated milk, then bring to a boil for about 5 minutes. Stir in vegan marshmallow crème, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and chopped peanuts. Pour over the first layer and chill.
  3. Prepare the Third Layer: Melt caramel cubes with heavy cream until smooth; pour over the second layer and chill again.
  4. Finish with the Top Layer: Repeat melting the first layer ingredients; spread over chilled caramel layer and chill until completely set.
  5. Slice into squares to serve.
