  • 4 cups cooked chicken (shredded/chopped)
  • 9 ounces frozen spinach (thawed and well drained)
  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts (plain, chopped)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Stir in cooked chicken, spinach, artichokes, parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella until well mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9" x 13" baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes. Increase temperature to 400°F and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Allow cooling slightly before serving.
