  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 16 ounces dried spaghetti
  • 16 ounces marinara sauce
  • 8 ounces sliced provolone cheese
  • 2.25 ounces canned sliced black olives

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, olive oil, parsley flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until mixed.
  3. Form the mixture into 2-inch meatballs and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Cut provolone cheese into circles and place one on each meatball after baking.
  6. Top each cheese slice with a black olive slice.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese.
  8. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; heat marinara sauce separately.
  9. Serve the spaghetti topped with eyeball meatballs.
