  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 pound lump crab meat
  • 1/2 pound scallops, cleaned and patted dry
  • 4 large crusty bread rolls
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Hollow out bread rolls and brush with olive oil mixed with garlic powder. Bake for 10–12 minutes until crispy.
  2. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until softened.
  3. Stir in flour to create a roux; cook for one minute.
  4. Gradually add seafood stock, heavy cream, and vinegar while whisking. Simmer for about five minutes.
  5. Add shrimp, crab meat, and scallops; cook until seafood is tender (about 4-5 minutes). Garnish with fresh parsley.
  6. Ladle the flavorful soup into the prepared bread bowls and serve immediately.
