  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • For the teriyaki sauce: soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, cornstarch

  1. Prepare the teriyaki sauce by whisking together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch slurry in a small bowl.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook cubed chicken for about 6–7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
  4. Stir-fry broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots in another pan for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
