  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 inch ginger (minced)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 head broccoli (chopped)
  • 1 large bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 batch keto stir fry sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon chili sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the stir fry sauce, sesame oil, and optional chili sauce. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, combine chopped chicken and almond flour.
  3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan or wok over medium heat. Stir-fry chicken until mostly cooked, then set aside.
  4. In the same pan, stir-fry minced garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add chopped onion, broccoli, and bell pepper; cook until mostly tender.
  5. Return chicken to the pan, add prepared sauce, and allow it to bubble for a few minutes before serving.
