  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 pieces naan bread
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup cucumber slices
  • ¼ cup sliced red onion
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Fresh dill or parsley
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add cubed chicken seasoned with garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6–8 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange naan on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread tzatziki sauce over each naan. If using mozzarella, sprinkle it on top. Add cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, red onion, and feta cheese.
  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes until the naan edges are crispy and cheese is melted (if used).
  5. Garnish with fresh dill or parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
