  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 3 ½ cups cold whole milk
  • 2 3.4 oz boxes instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (or cool whip)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/41/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • pretzel sticks
  • mini vegan marshmallows
  • 46 oz white chocolate
  • 2 tsp coconut oil (for melting)
  • crushed pistachios for 'moss' in dirt & rocks

Instructions

  1. Whisk the cold milk and pudding mix in a bowl until thickened.
  2. Crush the cookies into coarse crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold in vanilla.
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth; add powdered sugar and combine.
